Roman Leon Wil York

Roman Leon Wil York earned his wings on April 20, 2023 at his home in McDonald, Tn at the young age of 44. He was born July 24, 1978 in Oahu, Hawaii.

He is survived by his dream come true, Melissa; mother Rosa York; daughters Jessi Hanna (Michael), Sierra Brown (Jeremy), Olivia York, and Kendall York; sons Isaiah York and Eli York; granddaughters: Maggie, Laylani, and Nevaeh; brothers Richard York (Holly) and Lawrence York (Kelley).

Roman was preceded in death by his father, Luther York and his sister Rosalia York.

Roman loved spending time with his loving wife. He enjoyed going on cruises and had a real talent for wood working. He was so proud of his two boys, Isaiah and Eli and loved teaching them about life. He loved taking his granddaughter Maggie to the car wash every weekend.

Roman was a beautiful person with a smile that would light up a whole room. He cared so deeply for the people around him. He was kind and passionate. He made an impact on many lives. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Roman’s family will receive friends from 4pm until 6:30pm on Thursday April 27th at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home. A celebration of Roman’s life will be held at 6:30pm following the visitation.
