Roger Kenneth Dugan

Roger Dugan, 58 passed away peacefully surrounded by family
on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Parkwest Hospital.
Born January 10, 1961 in Maryville, TN, a son of the late
James Dugan, Sr. and Loella Dugan. In addition to his parents
he was preceded in death by James Dugan, Jr. and Larry Dugan.
He is survived by his brother, Andrew Dugan of Portsmouth, Ohio
and sister, Brenda Brown (Ben) of Knoxville, Tennessee; uncle;
aunt and a host of nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews. Roger loved his family dearly and claimed his great nieces and great nephews as his own kids. He never met a stranger and was kind to everyone. He is so special to us all and will be greatly missed. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
