Roger Dale Prater

Roger Dale Prater, 68, of Cleveland passed away Sunday January 13, 2019, surrounded by his family. He was a Supervisor at Catnapper with 21 years of service. He was a member of Southview Baptist Church, and he enjoyed Bowling and watching football on TV.

He is preceded in death by his father Reed Prater and his sister Carolyn Long.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Rhonda Prater, mother, Jennie “Widdie” Morris, daughter Shannon Rymer, husband Freddie, son Joseph Prater, daughter, Ashley Bishop, husband Robert, brother Ronnie Prater, wife Gail, Patsy Smith, husband Bob. His grandchildren Chaylen Bishop, Haley Roberson, Meagan Roberson and great grandchildren, Josalynn Newport and Adamere Roberson,
as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at Companion Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00. The Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, with 2 hours of visitation prior to the service at Companion. Burial will immediately follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
