Robert Roy Ellis

Robert Roy Ellis, 55, of Dayton, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022. Robert was born on February 24, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois to the Marvin “Leroy” and Dianne Theresa Ellis. He was a jack of all trades but was most well known for being a mechanic. Robert enjoyed camping, trail riding, and being on the lake or in the mountains. He spent his spare time working on old cars, building hot rods and rail buggies, as well as going to drag races, car shows, and Monster Truck Demolition Derbies. Robert will be missed by many friends and family.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his special grandmother, Stella A. Turek; brother, Michael Leroy Ellis; sisters, Justine “Tina” Brown, Sherri Ann Garrett, and Kristy Lorraine Ellis.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter, Tiffany (Justin) Perry; son, Robert Lee Ellis; grandchildren, Layla Mae Ellis, Hunter Lucas Perry, and Kaden Chase Perry; along with a host of extended family and friends.

Following Robert’s wishes, there will be no service held at this time.
