Obituary

Robert “Bob” DeBeer, 82 of Hixson passed away Friday November 21, 2014 at home.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Joe DeBeer. Survivors include his wife or 60 years, Pamela; children Joe DeBeer, Julie (Kurt) Concilla, Amy DeBeer, and Paul DeBeer: 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Bob was a metallurgical engineer, graduate of University of Minnesota and retired from Combustion Engineering. Robert served in the Air force as a aeronautical engineer during the Korean War. He enjoyed bridge, camera repair, tropical fish and square dancing.

There will be no services or visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
