Robert Anthony Miller

Robert Anthony “Robbie” Miller, 49, of Cleveland, TN passed away on March 19, 2021. He was born on May 29, 1971 to the late R.C. Miller and Mildred Owensby. Robbie was a lifelong resident of this area. He enjoyed fishing, four-wheeling, and playing golf. He was also an avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan. Robbie loved animals, especially his two dogs “Cali” and “Ellie.” Above all, he was a loving father to Hali and “Pops” to Beckham. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his brother Johnny Miller and grandmother Edna Louise Swafford.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter Hali Miller; grandson Beckham Jace Thompson; brothers Michael Miller and Eddie Miller; former wife and mother of Hali, Tracey Miller. In addition to these, he leaves behind numerous extended family and friends.
A celebration of Robbie’s life will be held at 7:00pm on Friday March 26, 2021 in the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4:00pm until the 7:00pm service at the funeral home. Chris “Crow” Carden, David Overly, Randy Bivens, Alex Lawson, Andrew Lawson, and Robbie Bins will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in honor of Robbie’s grandson, Beckham. These donations can be made to an account in care of Beckham Thompson at Bowater Employees Credit Union.
