Rick Slack

Rick Slack, age 58, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020. Rick was born in Illinois but has lived in Cleveland for seven years. He was preceded in death by his father Raymond Slack and sister Tammy Slack McGaha. He is survived by his mother, Hazel Slack; children Jeremy and Skylar, and a sister Brenda (Chuck) Branam and former wife Tammie Walsh.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 from 4:00PM-8:00 PM at Companion Funeral Home, Cleveland, TN
