Richard Frank Medek

Richard Frank Medek, 70, of Cleveland passed away June 14, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Palisades Park, NJ and was a truck driver for over 30 years, retiring from LTD trucking. He was a beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather and was Lutheran by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gustave and Roberta Medek.
Survivors include his sons, William Medek (Colleen) and Darren Medek; sisters, Cheryl Foti (Joe) Suzanne Vanhorn, and Gail Racque; grandchildren, Christine Ronca (Jonathan), William Medek, Kyle Medek, Savannah Medek, Cody Medek; great-granchildren, Jonathan, Michaela, Elisha, Benjamin, Joshua, Cole, Jaxon, and Samuel; a nephew, Michael Ferrara (Erin); and a beloved friend, Janice Garcia
A remembrance of life service will be held , Friday, June 21, 2019 at 2pm in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland with Pastor Steve Huff officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
