Rebecca Lynn Humberd

Her journey began November 9, 1962 in Bernie Missouri, the daughter of Robert and Margaret Lizenbee. Becky graduated Wharton Junior College in Wharton, TX in August of 1984 where she earned her LPN Nursing Degree.

She loved taking care of her family and she never met a stranger. She had a heart of Gold and a heart for God.

July 25, 1988 she married Joseph Perry Humberd, the love of her life. They married and had three wonderful children, Sarah (Joey) Waldo of Sale Creek, Jessi Humberd of Houston Texas, and Taylor (Bella) Humberd of Spring City, and a beautiful granddaughter Kaylee Thieman of Sale Creek. Becky was an exceptional wife, an amazing mother to her children and a wonderful Nana.

She worked at Spring City Care & Rehabilitation for 30+ years. She loved taking acre of the elderly and knew most of them by name. Nursing was her passion and dedication to residents.

Becky loved people of all ages, she loved the Lord, watching Joel Osteen, and listening to Christian Music. She never hesitated to help anyone and will always be remembered for her selflessness, kindness, and soft heart.

Becky Gained her Angel Wings on January 2, 2019.

A memorial service will be held at Bethel Baptist Church on Friday January 4, 2019 at 11:00am. 285 E. Roddy Road Spring City, TN.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to Becky's church home, Freedom Tribe Ministries at John's Chapel: Regions Bank, 1502 Market Street Dayton, TN 37321.
