Raymond Allen Rayl

Raymond Allen Rayl, 77, of Niota, Tennessee Passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Raymond was born on February 6, 1945 to the late Allen and Effie Rayl in Athens, Tennessee.

Raymond was a lifelong resident of Meigs County and a graduate of Meigs County High School. Raymond served six years in the Army National Guard. Raymond was a loyal employee at Mayfield Dairy where he retired after 49 years of service.

Raymond was preceded in death by his father Allen Earl Rayl and mother Effie Jane Rayl.

Raymond is survived by a lifelong friend and companion, Linda Yates of Etowah. Raymond has three brothers Jack Rayl, David Rayl, Paul Rayl, two sisters Helen Brown, Evelyn Cordel, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

The family will be having a private ceremony to honor his life. The family would like to ask that in lieu of flowers donation be made to Meigs County FFA in Decatur, TN in honor of Raymond Rayl.
