Obituary

Phyllis Cheeks, 60, a resident of Dayton, TN passed away on Friday, September 18th, 2015. She was a daughter of the late Stanley & Nellie Kantor. Phyllis was a member of the Vine and Branches Foursquare Church in Dayton. She enjoyed being with her friends and family and cooking for them.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Cheeks and one sibling.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory one son and daughter in law Brian Krzeczowski and his wife Kandace, one niece Donna Gunter and her husband Clint, two siblings and other extended family members.

A memorial service is planned for Thursday, September 24th, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Vine & Branch Foursquare Church located at 321 Broadway Street in Dayton, TN with the Reverend Brian Conley officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church from 6:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the Memorial Hospital Cancer Charity Fund in Phylliss memory.
