Pamela Bussey Brown

Pam Bussey Brown was born August 7, 1954, in Memphis, TN. Heartbreakingly, she passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022 in Madison, Alabama. Pam never met a stranger and had a wonderful charisma about her. She found the love of her life in her wonderful husband, Jeff Brown, over 31 years ago. To say Pam, a beautiful, blue eyed blonde, was a “handful”, is an understatement, as Jeff most certainly knew better than anyone.

When Pam became a mom, she considered it her greatest accomplishment. She was beyond proud of her devoted daughter, Toni (Jody) Jennings and loving son, Blake Crisp. She was more like a mom to her younger siblings, Lyn Bussey Woodby, James “Jimmy” (Barbara) Bussey and Tracey Bussey Williams. She also leaves behind Stephanie Angel, adopted in love. Pam’s pride and joy were her grandchildren, Jesse Watson, Cassidy (Darnaise) Smith, Jaden Martin and Cayden Crisp. Lucky enough to have great grandchildren, she will be missed by Jackson Watson, Gauge Fowler and Emma Fowler. She loved her family, survived by her mother, Margaret Bussey and preceded in death by her big brother Robert Ray Bussey II (Scottie) and her military serving dad, Robert Ray Bussey I. Auntie Pam is also survived by nieces and nephews: Christi Smith, Ashley (James) McKinney, Robert “Ray” Bussey III, Jeremy Ogle, Brandon (Jillian) Freeman, James (Julia) Bussey II, ShyAnn Bussey, Garrett Williams, Brooklyn Williams, Anderson Williams and Tanner Williams. Sorry Daddy, we did our best to keep her out of your hair, she’s yours now. Keep the Faith!

A celebration of life service for Pam will be Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 4:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm prior to the service.
