Nancy James

Nancy James, 76, of Hayesville North Carolina, passed away Saturday April 30th, 2016 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Nancy was born to Clarence and Hazel Fisher on January 15th, 1940. She went to high school in Berwyn Illinois and went on to study nursing at West Georgia Technical College in Georgia. Nancy loved nursing and cared for patients for 15 years. She later made many friends while working for the Gwinnett County tag office in Lawrenceville, Georgia for another 15 years.
Nancy enjoyed yard sales, traveling, spending time with family, crossword puzzles, watching game shows, reading books & magazines, and going to thrift stores.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Hazel; sister Marilyn; daughters Cindie and Sheri; and son in law Randell.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Paul; son Brian (Haley) Wright; daughter Karyn (John) Miller; daughter Heather (Paul) Escobedo; and daughter Kristi (Timmy) Rusnak. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, Cordelia Wright; Kristen & Steven Nelson; Tony Myers; Stephanie Arms; Chris, Adam, & Amy Miller; Jennifer Smith; Raquel & Nick Gonzales; Stephen Milligan; and Laney Rusnak. She also has five great grand children, Corbin; Hope; Camden; Gracie; and Adrian. And lastly, Nancy has two nephews, Richard & Michael Chapman.
