Morgan Elizabeth Smith

Morgan Elizabeth Smith, 29, of Athens, Tennessee passed away February 23, 2022. She was born to the Richard Budds and late Ginger Ann Smith on May 19, 1992. Morgan was an amazing, sweet hearted person that loved with all her heart. Her smile would light up the room. Morgan loved her children more than anything. She was a loving, dedicated sister and granddaughter. She enjoyed shopping and playing at the park with her children. Morgan would act as a big kid at times and make everyone around her laugh and smile. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Margie Smith, Robert Farmer, Judy and Richard Budds; her aunt, Kim Goforth; her uncles, Hoyt Goforth, Steve Smith; her cousin, Nathan McDaniels.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Aubreana Smith, Mason Smith; her father, Richard (Theressa) Budds; her sisters, Micaela Smith, Leeann Walker, Diana (Michael) Sanders; her brothers, Angus Palmer, Ronnie (Melissa) Dickerson, Gary Riley; her aunts, Michellen (Ray) McDaniel, Kim Cooley; her uncle, Randy Smith; her cousins, Chris Budds, Patrick Budds, Justin McDaniel, Alyssa McDaniel, Caleb Williams, Amanda (Daniel) James, Shelby Jade Howland.

A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Companion Funeral Home of Athens. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
