Matthew Todd Messer

Matthew Todd Messer, 37, lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away April 5, 2023, surrounded by his family. Born December 14, 1985, and of the Christian faith. He loved outdoor activities and making people laugh.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ethyl and Lyle Jones; several aunts and uncles.

Survived by his loving parents, Patricia & Steve Messer; grandparents, Martha & Jerry Messer; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023, from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM, at Zion Assembly Church of God, 5512 Waterlevel Hwy, Cleveland, TN 37323, followed by the service at 7:00 PM. Bishop Timothy Gann officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Life Bridges.
