Marvin Ray Crumley

Marvin Ray Crumley, 63, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019 at a local hospital. Marvin was an avid bluegrass fan who loved to play the banjo as well as the guitar, he also enjoyed horseback riding and spending time with his family. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Harris Crumley and Anna Lou Kaylor Crumley; brothers, Terry Lee Crumley and Freddy Lynn Crumley.
Marvin leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children, Daniel “Chad” (Deborah) Crumley, Ryan (Tiffany) McKinney, and Lily (Rodney) Burris; siblings, Tony (Shirley) Crumley, Johnny (Brenda) Crumley, Jimmy (Cathy) Crumley, Carolyn Barrows, and Kathy Rogers; grandchildren, Devin, Maelie, Tucker, Conner, Maliyah; along with many other nieces, nephews, and extended family. He also leaves behind his K9 Companion, Tucker.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 5-7pm at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland Chapel. The celebration of life service will be immediately following the visitation time at 7pm in the Chapel. Burial will be at Cumberland Shed Cemetery Friday, January 18, 2019 at 1pm.
