Marilyn Dale Roberts

Marilyn Dale Roberts, 72, of Ooltewah, TN passed away on February 15, 2017. She was born on September 14, 1944 to the late Charles and Augustine “Snookie” Alvey.
She is also preceded in death by her son James Gregory Johnson; brothers Charles “Sonny” Alvey and James Alvey; sister Barbara Jean Hefner.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory children: Lebron (Sissy) Johnson, Regina (David) Moore; grandchildren: Kari (Jay) Morgan, Jennifer (Tyler) Holwell, Eric Johnson, Brandon DaRocha, Daniel Moore, Leana Moore, and step granddaughter Marie (Brent) Conibear; five great grandchildren: Madison Johnson, Paisley Johnson, Parker Morgan, Waylon Conibear, and Ivory Conibear; brother Teddy (Betty) Alvey of Harrison, TN; sister in law Bonnie Alvey; special friend Buddy Moates of Ooltewah, TN and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday February 18, 2017 at Providence Baptist Church located at 8523 Providence RD, Ooltewah, TN 37363. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 12:00pm until 1:00pm.
