Marie Gaston Carroll

Marie Gaston Carroll, 84, a resident of Tennga, GA, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018 at a local healthcare facility. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed her seek and find puzzle books as well as getting to watch her favorite baseball team, the Atlanta Braves. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Junior Carroll; parents, Don L. Gaston and Tilda Shelton Gaston; siblings, Clarence Gaston, Curtis Gaston, Fred Gaston, Edna Wilson and Maxine Gaston.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Dianne Dunn Manis and Carolyn Lillard; 7 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; siblings, Virginia Dunn and Robert Pete Gaston; along with several nieces, nephews and extended family.
The family will receive friends Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 5-8pm at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland Chapel. The service will be held Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11am in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Benton Memorial Gardens immediately following the service. Minister: Scotty Baker.
