Obituary

Margie Kate Welchel, 67, a resident of Cleveland, TN went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 4th, 2015. Margie will always be remembered as being a servant to others and was willing to help them in any way possible. She was the strength and stability of not only her family, but also anyone she was around. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Margie is preceded in death by both of her parents, Marvin and Louise Hawkins; her siblings, Milburn, Brenda, Harold, and James Hawkins; two children, Michael and James Myers and two grandchildren, Tyler Myers and Wesley Taylor Headrick.

Margie leaves behind to cherish her memory her step-mother, Lois Hawkins; her brothers and sisters, Joyce (Tony) Stapek and Ed (Sandra) Hawkins; her children, Theresa Lowe and her companion Bo Crump, and Susan Headrick and her companion Leroy Calfee; her grandchildren, Holly (Casey) Harris, Misty (Brian) Lowe, and Crystal (Henry) Ford and their father Henry Lowe and Damien Crump, Brittany Myers, Brad Myers, and their mother Kelly Hardin, and Natasha Prince, Christopher and Katelyn Headrick and their father Wesley Headrick; her niece Lisa Morgan and her children, Cody, Channing, and Tanner Morgan; several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, Teresa Whaley, as well as the Fink family and other special family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 7:00PM on Saturday, March 7th, 2015 in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.

The family will also be receiving friends two hours prior, from 5:00PM until the 7:00PM service time.
