Margaret Elaine White

Margaret Elaine White, 61, received her eternal reward after battling a lengthy illness on Saturday, January 11, 2020 surrounded by her family. Margaret has lived in Tennessee for 15 years after coming from Bessemer, Alabama. She loved music, cooking, and spending time with her family. She was a big Atlanta Braves fan, and loved to watch the Game Show Network.
She is preceded in death by her mother Savella Sanders; father Benjamin Sanders and her grandmother Pearlie Moore. Left behind to cherish her memory is her son Steven Cowan (Tabitha) of Cleveland; daughter Janet Petty of California; grandchildren Belle, Lillian, Vaughn and Sean; siblings Richard Sanders (Tina) of Birmingham, AL, Charles Sanders of Talladega, AL, Gary Sanders (JoAnne) of Centreville, AL and Martha Culp (Jerry) of Bessemer, AL along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
The family will be receiving friends on Friday, January 24, 2020 from 5-7pm with the celebration of life service to follow, all at North Cleveland Baptist Church. A private family burial will take place at later date.
