Lois Jean Horsley Egan

Lois Jean Horsley Egan, 67, passed away Sunday October 17, 2021, at her home after her 2 year battle with cancer.

Lois was born July 15, 1954, in Whittier, California and attended El Rancho High School in Pico Rivera. She married the love of her life, John Egan, on August 9, 1975. She was a lover of all things in life, but most of all, her family and friends. Everyone she met instantly became family. She loved animals, shopping, traveling, TN Vols football and spending summers out on the river. She was always the life of the party and could make even the most mundane tasks seem less boring. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Lois was preceded in death by her mother Charlotte June Samson Horsley and her father Elvin Vincent Horsley. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, John Egan; her children Scott (Olivia) Egan and Katie (Matt) Egan Barefoot; her brothers Lloyd (Ada) Horsley and Vince Horsley; brother-in-law Tommy (Gloria) Egan; grandchildren Nathan Criddle, Lauren Egan and Charlee Barefoot; and several nieces and nephews.
