Linda Faye Ramsey

Linda F. Ramsey, a Chattanooga, TN native passed away Wednesday June 15, 2016 at the age of 69. She resided in Georgetown, TN at the time of her passing. She was proceeded in death by her mother Nora Hogan, her father Leonard “Dock” Ivey, her brother Peewee Hogan, her sister Linda Smith, and her son Lee Hogan. Linda is survived by her husband of 53 years Fred Ramsey, her brother Ray Ivey and sister in law Jan Ivey, her sister Faye Ivey, her sister Brenda Hickman, her daughter Cindy Wilcox, her son Bud Ramsey and daughter in law Melissa Ramsey, and her daughter in law Missy Collins. She had 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Linda, was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was the glue that held her family together and will be greatly missed by everyone. The family will receive friends Friday, June 17th, 2016 at Mt. Zion Covenant Church located on 358 Gamble Road in Georgetown, TN from 10AM until 8PM. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, June 18th, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the church with interment to follow in the Davis Cemetery.
