Linda "Chigger" Overholt

Linda “Chigger” Henegar Overholt, 62, a resident of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Tuesday May 9, 2017. Linda graduated from Brainerd High School in the class of 1972. She worked for the City of Chattanooga Police Department for 23 years.
She was preceded in death by parents, James L. Henegar & Maggie Henegar Wray.
Linda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two sons, Jimmy Overholt and TJ Overholt; two granddaughters, Karli and Jordyn Overholt; one aunt, Bette Henegar; two brothers, James L. “Bugs” (Julie) Henegar Jr. and Bill “Button” Henegar; one sister, Kathy Henegar “Cocoa” Cole, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
The family will be receiving friends from 11:00am until 2:00pm on Saturday May 13, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to McKamey Animal Center.
