Larry Wayne Davis

Larry Wayne Davis “Big D”, 78, a lifelong residence of Bradley County passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 in his home with his loving wife of 58 years by his side. He was born on December 1, 1942 to the late Johnnie and Mamie Goode Davis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Timothy Larry Davis, brother’s, Robert Davis (Ora Lee), William “Bill” Davis (Virginia), and sister Willie Mae Cantrell (Bob).
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Miller Davis, son’s Stephen (Debbie) Davis and Wesley (Michelle) Davis, three grandchildren; Callie Davis, Bradley Davis (Whitney), and Kristin Davis; two great-grandchildren, Scarlett Davis and Clay Wolfe. Brother-in-law Larry (Brenda) Miller and Sheila (Neil) Powers, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery at 4:00 p.m. with Minister’s, Bill Maynard and Mike Gurganus Officiating. We invite you to send a message of comfort and view the family guestbook at www.companionfunerals.com.
