Larry Wayne Brown was born to Tom and Cora Lee Brown on March 15. 1944. He left those who loved

him early in the morning on Wednesdsay, April 4, 2023.

The words that come to his friends, neighbors and anyone who met him: He was a good guy, very laid

back and compassionate. He played baseball since he could pick up a bat, playing in the Dizzy Dean and

Babe Ruth leagues. He went on to play baseball for the Bradley Bears. He moved on to softball where

he made here were life long.

He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving stateside for three years. His first job was at the

TNT Plant in Chattanooga where he worked until the plant closed. He retired from BASF in Chattanooga.

Those who went before him, include his parents, Tom and Cora Lee; special aunt, Margaret Sullivan; his

best friend, Lamar Harris; cousin, Jimmy Meeks; several friends from BASF; and many childhood friends from Old Field were he grew up.
