Kristy Ann Vaughn

Kristy Ann Vaughn, 39, passed away September 30th, 2018 at her home near Cleveland, TN after a 2 year battle with cancer. Her Memorial Service will be held this Friday, Sept 5th, from 3:30pm to 6pm at Echoes of Mercy Baptist Church located at 515 Durkee Rd. SE, Cleveland, TN 37323.

Kristy was born on Feb. 15th, 1979 to Ronnie and Kay Vaughn. She Graduated from Bradley Central High School in 1997.
6 years later she had her first child and became a stay at home mom. For the next 15 years Kristy and her significant other, Chad Lewis, raised their 2 children together happily. In her spare time Kristy enjoyed singing and spending time with her family.

Her family paid this Tribute to her, "Kristy was one of the kindest people you could ever meet, she would do whatever she could to help you if it was within her power. She truely loved 'all' of her children. They meant the world to her. She will be missed by all."

Kristy was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Julien Epperson. Paternal grandparents, Alfred and Jewel Vaughn. Her two uncles Steven Vaughn, and Terry Vaughn Jr.

Kristy is survived by her significant other, Chad Lewis. Her children Alexis Brown and Dakota Lewis. Grandmother, Wilma Epperson. Her parents Ronnie and Kay Vaughn. Sister Amanda Vaughn. And two nephews, Brayden and Bryson Vaughn. All of Cleveland, TN. Also survived by a number of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Companion Funeral Home, located at 2417 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311, will be accepting floral arrangements on behalf of the family.
