Karen Jo Adams

Karen Jo Adams, 73, of Cleveland, TN passed away on May 21, 2022. She was born on August 4, 1948 to the late Harry and Nellie Marquell. Karen was a devoted follower of Christ and she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings: Sharon LaRoux, Wayne Marquell, and Ron Marquell. She is also preceded in death by her husband John Adams.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her two children: Alicia Adams and Chris Adams (Sunny); siblings: Wanda Pheffer, Julie Hicks, Jane Kindle, and Larry Marquell; grandchildren: Jonathan, Sophia, and Eliana. In addition to these, she leaves behind numerous extended family members and friends.
Karen’s family will receive friends from 5pm to 8pm on Wednesday May 25, 2022 at Companion Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will be held at Cornerstone Community Church in Seymour, IN on Friday May 27th at 1pm. She will be laid to rest following the service at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour, IN.
