Julie Pruitt

Julia “Julie” Pruitt, 52, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away peacefully at Memorial Hospital on November 9, 2022. Julie was born March 3, 1970, in Chattanooga, Tn.

She attended Red Bank High School and later graduated from Central High School in 1988. For many years she worked as a realtor for her parents’ real estate companies, Phyllis Lankford Realtors and The Lankford Group.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jimmy and Phyllis Lankford. She is survived by her husband David Pruitt; her greatest blessings Jessica (Logan) Land; Julia “Annie” Harvey; grandchildren Garrett, River, Legend, and Kennedy; her sister Kimberly (Dale) Haverkampf; nephews Christofer and Colby Butterfield; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Julie was knowns for her kind and generous heart. To her, her family was her greatest joy.

In lieu of a traditional memorial service, the family has requested to have a memorial service at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to a mental health and substance abuse program of your choice.
