Joseph L. Parker

Joseph Lee Parker, 41, of Dalton, GA, passed away November 5, 2022. Born to Mary Anne Rogers and Gary Wayne Parker, December 22, 1980. He loved playing guitars, listening to music, playing video games, and drawing.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gary Wayne Parker; grandfathers, Clifford A. Emerson and Leon Parker; uncles, Terry Parker and Jerry Parker.

Survived by his loving companion of 13 years, Vanessa Fowler, of Dalton, GA; stepchildren, Sadie Barmore and Levi Fowler; mother and stepfather, Mary Anne (Clark) Rogers, of Resaca, GA; grandmothers, Betty Emerson and Francis Powell, both of Dalton, GA; stepmother, Gloria and John Dahlstrom; brothers, Alex Emerson, of Dalton, GA and George (Tabby) Parker; sister, Abigail Rogers, of Resaca, GA; uncles, Jimmy (Michelle) Parker, Tommie Emerson, and Jimmy Emerson; aunt, Cynthia Phillips; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

A celebration of Joseph's life will be held Satuday, November 19, 2022 from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm at The Taberncle of Praise, 301 Chatsworth Hwy. 225 NE Calhoun, GA  30701
