Johnny Howard

Johnny Howard, age 80, departed this life on Thursday morning, October 8, 2020 at his residence. Born on December 3, 1939 to the late S.T. and Callie Howard, he was a native and lifelong resident of Bradley County and of the Baptist faith. Retired from Shaw Industries, he loved fishing and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Howard; sister, Frances Howard;and spouse, Betty Howard.
Survivors include sons, Micah Howard(Ashley) of Cleveland, Rick Howard(Teresa) of Cleveland, Johnny Eddie Howard of McDonald; daughters, Patricia Rogers of Hallandale Beach, Florida, Shanna Howard of Cleveland, Cindy Howard of Destin, Florida; sister, Marcella Romaine of Cleveland; brothers, Gene Howard and Jerry Howard of Cleveland; four step-children; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A Celebration of Life and Home going for Johnny E. Howard will be held at 7p.m. Monday, October 12, 2020 from the Cleveland Chapel with Pastor Anthony Howard officiating. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends from 5p.m. -7p.m. on Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.
