Johnny Edward Thomas

Johnny Edward Thomas, 72, of Etowah passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022. Johnny was born on November 25, 1949 in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late Vader and Jane Thomas.

Johnny leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 36 years, Cordie Ivalee Thomas; his daughter, Robin (Tito) Varqos of Etowah; stepdaughter, Regina (Randy) Jack of Riceville; stepson, Phillip (Tasha) Whitted of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Kevin Crowder Jr. of Etowah, Tiffany (Trey) Jack of Riceville, Blake (Aubrie) Whitted of Cleveland, and Antonio Varqos of Cleveland; special brother in law, Earl Willis; several brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, along with a host of extended family and friends.

The family will be receiving friends on Friday, February 11, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home of Athens in Athens, Tennessee.
