John Vance Bain

John Vance Bain, 66 of Cleveland passed away Wednesday October 28th, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, John Calvin Bain, sister and brother in law Joyce & Ronnie Wilson and grandparents Zeb & Martha McGuire and Lizay Blackwell & J.C. Bain.



He is survived by his wife Barbara Bain of Cleveland, mother Myra Grace Frazier of Cleveland, daughters Traci Rowzee of Seneca, South Carolina and Renee Rogers and son in law Ray Rogers of Jacksonville, Florida, sister and brother in law Ann & Robert Akins of Charleston, Tennessee, grandchildren Zachary Rogers of Jacksonville, Florida and Austin Rowzee and Haley Rowzee both of Seneca, South Carolina, step son Richard Radford and wife Kathy, step grandchildren Kasey, Brenda and Kendall Radford all of Marion, North Carolina, aunt Ruth Holcomb of Cleveland, special cousins Jerry & Mildred Bain of Cleveland, step great grandchildren Christian Radford of Marion, North Carolina and Jaiden Walker of Cleveland. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends. John retired from CSX Transportation and was a proud United State Marine Corp Veteran.



A memorial service is planned for Saturday, October 31st, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the New Salem Baptist Church located at 175 Ladd Springs Road SE in Cleveland, TN with the Reverend A.C. Cooper officiating.



The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 PM until the 3:00 PM service time.
