Joan Webb

Joan Ann Zius Webb, “Joanie,” died peacefully in her home on November 12, 2015 in Cleveland, TN. She was 78 years old.
Joan was born on January 17, 1937 in Hazelton, PA to Congetta Sarge Zius and Michael Joseph Zius. She graduated from Hazelton High School in Hazelton, PA. After graduation she moved to Cleveland, TN where she met and married her husband of 27 years, George David Webb. She attended Cleveland State Community College and worked in banking for over 35 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a devout Catholic and was actively involved in the church throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by her three daughters, Dr. Melanie Webb Bishop (Dr. James Bishop) of Murfreesboro, TN, Melissa Webb Tawzer (Scott Tawzer) of Chattanooga, TN, and Mary Beth Webb (Duff Jones) of Cleveland, TN; three grandchildren, Owen Crump, Baylor Bishop, and Isabel Bishop; her dear brother Michael Zius (Sue Zius); and her loving Aunt Rita Puza, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am on Saturday November 21, 2015 at St. Therese Catholic Church in Cleveland, TN. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Therese at 11:00am on Saturday.
