Jerry Knight

Jerry Knight, 74, of Sale Creek, TN went home to meet the Lord on February 11, 2022. Jerry was born on July 29, 1947, in Pikeville, TN. He spent his first 27 years in Chicago, IL and then returned to Tennessee.

Jerry is preceded in death by his father, Howard; mother, Kitty; sister, Carolyn; brother, Randy; and his son, Michael.

Survivors include his wife, JeriLynn; brother, Tommy; son, Ken (Tammy); grandchildren Nicole and Tony (Kayli); along with aunt, nephews, nieces, and many cousins.

Jerry will be remembered as a loving husband and father, role model, best friend, and hero.

In Jerry’s journey through life, he drove a truck several million miles, led countless motorcycle adventures throughout the United States, and he had a passion for the game of golf.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at Sequoyah Church of God located at 2007 Frankie Ln, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 3:00 PM with Pastor Tim Geer officiating.
