Jeffrey Scott Barber

Jeffrey Scott Barber, 55, longtime resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away on February 7, 2019 at Chattanooga Hospice Facility. In his early years Jeffrey served his country for four years in the U.S. Marines. For the past ten years he has worked for Miller Industries in Ooltewah, TN as a truck driver. Jeff loved camping, fishing, grilling and just being in the outdoors.
Jeff is preceded in death by his mother Rachel Barber. Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 17 years, Sherry Barber; father Marvin Barber; children Joe Gressett and Ja Sprague (Scotty); brother Mike Barber (Kellie); sisters Linda Barber and Susan Smith (Michael); grandchildren Haley Gressett, Nicole Townsend (James), Alexis Gressett, Grace Gressett, Chance Gressett; great- granddaughter Arie Townsend.
The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, February 10, 2019 from 1PM to 2PM with a celebration of life service to follow at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN.
