Jefferey Lynn Mcdowell

Jefferey Lynn McDowell, age 56, of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday, March 11th, 2017 at a local health care facility. He was born on September 22nd, 1960 in Cleveland, TN. Jefferey was of the Church of God faith. He enjoyed sports, but NASCAR was his favorite.

Jefferey is proceeded in death by his mother, Dovie Pinson, one brother, Charles McDowell.

Left to cherish his memory, one son Jeffrey Dobbs, one grandson, Benjamin Rix, one sister, Bobbie (Steven) Swiger, one brother, Kendall McDowell, two nieces Rebecca (Steven) Pressley, Wendy (Harold) Eaton, one nephew Anthony McDowell, several great nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of life funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 14th, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN with the Reverend Kenneth Bowers officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 till 7:00 Tuesday prior to the service. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 15th, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The family and friends will meet at Companion Funeral Home on Wednesday at 2:30 PM to process to the Cemetery.
