Jason Ballew

On September 27, 2021 Jason Ballew’s faith became sight. Jason Ballew of Delano, TN was a loving husband, father, son and friend. He was a friend to all who knew him and loved fiercely. He loved to help people and would drop everything to be there for a friend or neighbor. He not only loved people but most importantly he loved God and did his best to follow after Him and show His love to others.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Rev. Bobby Ballew; He is survived by his wife Carissa Trew Ballew and two sons Brayden and Judah Ballew, his parents Gary and Karen Ballew of Chatsworth; siblings: Valerie Sisson (Jonathan) of Chatsworth and Cameron Ballew (Dana) of Cleveland; grandparents: Peggy Ballew of Chatsworth and Hollice and Hazel West of Resaca; father in law Bill Trew (Jeannie) of Ocoee; mother in law Judy Martinez (Fernando) of Chattanooga; brother in law Zachary Trew (Cigi) of Ocoee; sister in law Emily Maynard (Jordan) of Old Fort and several aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

A celebration of Jason’s life will be held at 1pm on Thursday September 30, 2021 at Shiloh Baptist Church located at 358 Hwy 64, Ocoee, TN. His family will receive friends from 5pm until 9pm on Wednesday September 29, 2021 at the church and from 12pm until the 1pm service on Thursday. He will be laid to rest following the service at Benton Memorial Gardens.
