Janet Faye Harris

Janet Faye Harris , 68 of Cleveland ,Tn unexpectedly went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 29, 2022. She was born on Dec 5, 1953 to the late William Otis and Vera Faye Helton.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dennis Wayne Harris, siblings; Larry “Ace” Helton , and Nathan Craig Helton . Niece; Amber Helton.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children Shane Harris(Courtney) , Leslie Bustos (Joel) ; her grand children Kendall, Kamden, Conner, Hannah, Kennedy , Bristol , and Vera. Siblings : Bill Helton (Debbie), Robin Weaver (James) . Best friend Terri Olinger, and her life partner Con Gates. She also has many nieces and nephews and their families .

Janet was a mother Grandmother , and friend to all. She was a para-professional reading teacher at E.L. Ross elementary. This was not just a job but a passion.She loved spending time with her family and friends whom all adored her. Some of her favorite activities were seeing her grandkids excel in school and participate in their chosen sports. Janet enjoyed reading on her backporch, in the mountains, and beaches that she visited. She liked to go out and eat with friends and visit her family in Virginia where she would stay at her “Little House” that she built a few years back . She loved the Allman brothers band and many other types of music and she also played the piano from time to time. Janet liked doing anything outside in God’s creation including taking care of her plants and gardens . She would love for all that knew her to remember her for her love and kindness and to “never, ever, let anyone or anything steal your joy”.
