Obituary
James "J.C." Parks Jr. 80, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Thursday night, August 6th, 2015 at his home. J.C. was always known for his love for fishing and making his garden.

J.C. is preceded in death by his parents James & Gladys Bowman Parks and three brothers, Lonnie LeRoy Parks, Jan Parks and Charles Parks .

He is survived by his wife Vivian, two sisters, Judy Parks and Marcella Parks, and a daughter, Debra Parks, Sister-in-law, Shirley Hursh, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A Home-Going service is planned for Friday, August 14th, 2015 at 12:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland, TN. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 2:00 PM.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM until the 12:00 PM service time.
