Jack Cochran Lewis, 81, a longtime resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on January 2, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. Jack is preceded in death by his parents John and Edna Lewis. Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 50 years Marvina Lewis; his daughter Krista Lewis; sister Hope Lewis; grandchildren Jabin Hawkins (Macy), Branden Hawkins, Evyn Hawkins (Dani), Ian Cordell; great-grandchildren Elsie Hawkins.
The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, January 5th, 2019, from 4PM to 6PM with the service to follow.
