Hoyle D. Hyberger

August 8, 1928 — March 27, 2021

Hoyle Delane Hyberger joined his Heavenly Host March 27, 2021. Hoyle was preceded by this elevation to be among his parents, John and Margaret Latimer Hyberger, a brother, Samuel William Hyberger, grandparents, S.W. and Margaret Wright Latimer, and Franklin and Della Ottinger Hyberger, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Mr. Hyberger is survived by his sister, Ramona Faye Hyberger, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Hoyle was employed with the USDA after graduating from the University of Tennessee,Knoxville. He served for two years in the U.S. Army, then returned to the University to take his Master’s Degree and to acquire a Teachers Certification. He taught for thirty years at all three levels of public education, and volunteered over a thousand hours with Opportunity for Adult Reading, a local effort to increase the literacy among adults in Bradley County. This work with OAR was the most rewarding experience of his career. After a long and enjoyed retirement, Hoyle now rests with his family. In lieu of flowers, send contributions to the S.W Latimer Scholarship Fund at the Pentecostal Theology Seminary Center, P.O. Box 3330, Cleveland, TN 37320.
Visitation will be held from 12:30P.M.-1:00P.M. on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Companion Funeral Home.
