Obituary

Heather Michelle Rogers, age 33, Heather Rogers passed away in her sleep, freeing her from her addiction demons on Monday, September 7th, 2015 at her home. She was born on September 12, 1981. Heather attended Polk Co. High School and was a resident of Red Bank, TN.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Caroline Chalkley; her father Sammy Rogers & her beloved grand-parents, Knot & Betty Rogers.

She is survived by her aunt, Lorraine Monroe; her uncle Kenneth Chalkley & her grand-mother Leila Ingram.

Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Companion Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
