Gilbert A. Miracle

Gilbert A. Miracle, 88, resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021. Gilbert was a member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church for over thirty years. He loved to listen to Bluegrass Christian music. He loved to play the Banjo and write songs. Gilbert worked at Hardwick clothes. He enjoyed bowling often in his younger years. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years Jenny Trusley Miracle; parents, Elisha and Dollie Miracle; twelve brothers and sisters; a son-in-law John Bryant; two grandsons, Christopher Miracle and Jonathan Bryant. He leaves behind to cherish his memory; his daughter, Barbara (Bobbie) Bryant; son, Carl (Patricia) Miracle; grandchildren, Stephanie Miracle (Joe) Lehman; Bobby Bryant, Serina Miracle, Tanner Miracle, and Cory (Tiffany) Miracle; nine great-grandchildren, Hollie, Peyton, Malia, Aidan, Joseph, Bella, Tucker, Kynzleigh and Easton,; caregiver, Shelly (Johnny) Fox.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 22,2021 at Companion Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Cottonport Cemetery in Decatur, TN with Rev. Richard Mason officiating.
