George Knight

George Knight, 61, of Sale Creek, TN, passed away on May 1, 2021. George has lived in sale creek Tennessee most of his life with family and friends all around. He was of protestant faith, he did not belong to a church, but prayed and worshipped at home with his wife. George had many passions in life other than his family. He loved playing his guitar for himself and others. He enjoyed motorcycle rides alone or with friends and family. George also liked arts, crafts, wood carving, yard work, and meeting new people. Very adventurous.
Ultimately, he loved life and lived it to the fullest. Most of all he loved to see people happy and smiling and that is how he wants to be remembered. A loving, caring, generous, happy man.

Preceded in death by father, Howard Knight; mother, Cora "Kitty" Knight; sister, Carolyn Taylor.

Survived by his wife, Tina 'Poe' Knight; stepson Adam (Kayla)Poe; sons, Joshua (Heather) Knight, Aaron (Candy)Knight, and Dylan Knight; brothers Jerry (Jerri Lynn) Knight and Tommy Knight; two granddaughters; three grandsons and one great grandchild; several nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews. Arrangements made by Companion Funeral Home. A memorial for George will be announced at a later date.
