Geneva Conner

Geneva Conner, age 93, of Cleveland, departed this life on Friday evening, December 4, 2020 at the Hospice Care Center in Chattanooga. Born on Febrary 23, 1927 to the late John and Bernice Whitemore, she was a native and lifelong resident of Bradley County and a member of North Cleveland Church of God. Ms Conner was retired from Central Services after 40 plus years and loved gardening and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Dale; and sister Joan Richeson.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her children Gary Conner(Nancy Carroll) and Sammie Gayle Carlton ; granddaughter, Paige Carlton; special great-grandaughter, Hannah Carlton; brother, Jay(Jennie) Whitemore; niece Kim Barrett and nephews, Keith Barrett (Cathy) and Jason Whitemore.
A Graveside service will be held at 1p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
There will be no formal visitation at the funeral home.
