Gaynette Marie Howell

Gaynette Marie Howell, 65, passed away January 1, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Wayne Howell and her parents, Gainus and Beulah Mae Murphree.

She is survived by her children Candice (Ronald) Patterson, Christopher Howell, Joshua (April) Howell, Jessica Howell, Kayla (Jacob) Gray, and Caleb (Tiffany) Howell; and 13 grandchildren, Micah, Elijah, Judah, Kaedon, Aubanie, Lexi, Aly, Aiden, Charis, Mallory, Devin, and Amelia, all of Cleveland. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.

Gaye was born May 2, 1955 in Cleveland, TN. She was a graduate of Cleveland High School and attended Lee College where she earned her degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She and Wayne were married on January 6, 1978. She has been a member at Living Word Church since 2009 and has served in a variety of roles in the pastoral staff at Living Word Church since 2010. She has served in many areas of ministry in the city for nearly 40 years. In these capacities, she has touched countless lives.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 3rd at 4:00pm at Living Word Church.
