Gary Donald Hyman

Gary Donald “Don” Hyman, 83, of Cleveland, TN passed away on May 5, 2023. He was born on November 17, 1939 to the late Edgar and Sadie Hyman. Don loved watching NASCAR and was a big Dale Earnhardt fan. He was a truck driver by trade and worked up until just three years ago. He was a very hard working man and loved his family dearly. He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his siblings: Warren, Bill, Ray, Doug, Robert, Eddie, Carolyn, and Helen; daughter Cassandra Seamon.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 44 years, Linda Hice Hyman; children: Gwendolyn Bracket and Gary Hyman (Renee); grandchildren: Charity, Angel, Melanie, Ashley, Brandi, Tiffany, Brianna, Brooke, Brandon, and Donald. In addition to these he leaves behind numerous great grandchildren, extended family members and friends.

Don’s family will receive friends from 1pm until 2pm on Monday May 8th at South Cleveland Church of God with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 2pm.
