Freida Darlene Merrell

Freida Darlene Merrell, 55, of Englewood, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Freida was born on July 2, 1967 in Athens, Tennessee to the late Charles and Barbara Trueblood. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family especially her grand babies.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her son, William Cody Partin; fiancé, Gary Smith; her daughter in law, Courtney Partin; and her grandchild, Waylon Trew.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Teddy Underdown; daughter, Nikki Patterson; her grandchildren, Akeem Todd, Christopher Partin, Jami McKean, Bryson Underdown, Delanie Underdown, Christina Underdown, Stormie Partin, Kinsley Partin, Seth Gilbert, Ivan Gilbert, Shyanne Gilbert, Naythan Gilbert, Ike Trew, Bri Pike, Dakota Goggins, Kayce Sims and Brailey Merrell; stepson, Justin Merrell; her brother, Bruce Trueblood; nieces, Ava Gilbert, Stacy Trew, Emily Williams, and Amanda Sims; nephews, Shawn Gilbert, and Billy Trew; her special friends, Mackie Newman, Charlene Shirk, Elizabeth Todd, and Patricia McKean; along with a host of extended family and friends.

There will be a memorial service held at Church of Jesus Christ at Hammer Hill Road on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
