Fredrick Lyndon Fain

Fredrick Lyndon Fain, 80, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday morning, November 16, 2019 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was born in McMinn County on November 17, 1938 a son of the late John Henley Fain & Emmer Judy Fain. Lyndon was a member of Bethel Baptist Tabernacle and enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing in his spare time. He was also an avid Atlanta Brave fan.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his daughter in law Janette Fain, five brothers William, James “Bud”, Charles, Arlee and Dallas and one brother in law Lloyd Cline.
Lyndon leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 57 years Drusilla Burger Fain, one son Terry Lynn Fain, twin sister Martha Cline, two brothers Arlen Fain (Carol) and Lawrence Fain (Ann),one grandson Colton Deverall, two granddaughters Megan Robinson and Emily Fain, one great grandson, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening, November 18, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Tabernacle located on Buchanan Road in Cleveland, TN.
A celebration of his life is planned for Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the church with the Reverend Mike Exline and the Reverend Sam Blankenship officiating. Interment will follow in the Fain family cemetery with Joby Pierce, Doug Cline, Curtis Cline, Joel Sherlin and Dwight True serving as pallbearers.
