Frank Joseph Howard

Frank Joseph Howard, 77, of Niota, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. Frank was born on August 8, 1944, in Salem, New Jersey to the late Frank Thomas and Veronica Stillman Howard. He served over 24 years in the Unite State Army, as well as 22 years for the Air Force Civil Service. Frank was a member of the VFW, American Legion, the Scottish Rite, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years.

Along with his parents Frank was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Howard; and his sister, Veronica Reed.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Mary Howard; two sons, Frank Howard Jr., and John (Kimberly) Howard; his grandchildren, Kevin (Anna) Howard, Kyle Howard, and Samantha Howard; sister Delores Dennis; brother, William Howard; along with a host of extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be Held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 2:00 pm at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery John Sevier in Knoxville, Tennessee with Reverend Guinn Green officiating.
